It is just a service release with a minor change in the feature.xml: RDT 0.8.0 did not show up in the feature list and therefore there were problems when RadRails should be installed on top of it using the update manager. The yoxos people reported the problem and I wanted to help them fast. The release is only available on the update site, not from sourceforge.
