Well, I think it would be the easiest way if I create some refactoring
screencasts. Is it ok if I just use xvidcap and create mpeg/flash files

I can't speak for everyone else, but I'd love to see a screencast
demonstrating each major refactoring, especially demos where it changes
multiples files (not just a local rename, for example). I've had very little
time to push the refactorings to see just how far their scope is and what
they catch or miss...
I'm fine with any format, we can always just transcode it to whatever people
want (though I think flash, .mpg and .mov are generally OK with most
people).
