Ah, that's much better. I didn't knew that, thanks. Now, it kind of works but 
only when I'm in the Java Perspective (with the dialog that pops up for 
renaming). In our Ruby perspective, the rename is done inline.. seems like I 
have to figure out how to change that? Or rather what code I need to copy 
paste from JDT ,-)
