Howdy Greg. The big thing I think would help is to have some reports that show less granular views of platform. Maybe some kind of drill-down where you can see platform at the OS level (Windows, Linux, Mac) and then drill to see the details. Also, ruby version by platform and rubygems version by platform would be cool.
