I noticed this the other day. rubygems-1.7.2 $ ruby setup.rb ./lib/rubygems/custom_require.rb:56:in `require': undefined method `end_with?' for "no such file to load -- Win32API":String (NoMethodError) Perhaps it could be made a bit more friendly.
