Initial Comment: Upgraded from 1.7.2 to 1.8.1 and got lots of messages like: Gem::Specification#default_executable= called from /usr/local/ruby-enterprise-1.8.7-2010.01/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/specifications/rake-0.8.7.gemspec:10. NOTE: Gem::Specification#default_executable= is deprecated with no replacement. It will be removed on or after 2011-10-01. "With no replacement" is not a very useful message, since it's not clear how to resolve this.
