Hey there! We've got your issue, don't worry! Here's 3 points we'd like to
share with you about it:

1) RubyGems.org is a volunteer run service. Please keep this in mind that
we (the RubyGems/RubyGems.org teams) don't actively staff this support
site, and we answer issues when we get free time.

2) If you're having trouble installing a gem, chances are we can't help
you. Please head to http://stackoverflow.com and ask there, or contact that
gem's maintainers/support forums instead.

3) If you have an *EXTREMELY* urgent issue, please contact
nick@quaran.todirectly about it, or mention @qrush on twitter. Please,
this is only for
"world's on fire, I can lose my job" type stuff. Hopefully that won't
happen to you.
