A few of you may have seen the recent blogstorm about trademarks surrounding "Rails", "Ruby on Rails", and the rails logo.

Something along the lines of http://www.apple.com/legal/trademark/guidelinesfor3rdparties.html There are many sites out there using the trademarked phrases and logo, so it would be useful to know what usages are OK in a canonical document.
