Typically doc patches still need +3 to indicate the new content has  
been reviewed for correctness, but exceptions can be made if a  
committer thinks it's obvious the patch is a good one.

I added the "doc" and "tiny" keywords to your ticket, which should  
help get it accepted more quickly.
