Hi, I seem to remember reading somewhere that closer integration between Lighthouse and Github is being worked on. As a stop gap until then, I've knocked up a (very) quick Greasemonkey script to add links between Github commits and corresponding Lighthouse cases.
With some tweaking you could also use it for other projects that use Lighthouse and Github. You can find the script at http://pastie.org/189349.
