Now that Rails 2.3 has been released, I'd like to ask the list to take
a look over my proposal
(http://rails.lighthouseapp.com/projects/8994/tickets/2228-activerecordbasesaved

) to add an ActiveRecord::Base#saved_record? method.

It is an extremely simple patch, which is just the opposite of
new_record?

It is along the same lines as the invalid? method. It adds a more
readable method for the opposite functionality.

Thanks for your time.

Cheers
