This is the warning generated by RubyGems 1.3.6, so there's nothing the core 
team can change in 2.3.5, since this deprecation warning come so late after the 
release of 2.3.5.

If you search for `version_requirements` on the lighthouse, you would get 
around this ticket:

Please try the workaround in the topic. The permanent fix would be out soon in 
2.3.6.
