So when is a good time to start testing external SQL compilers for Arel 2.0 and
what is the process? I am assuming that 3-0-stable and the 2.0.0 branch of
rails/arel might be the right places to look. Or is rails/arel master more
appropriate? Just looking for a bit of direction as I'm getting a lot of errors
in most places I test and just wanted to lock down my scope and set an
expectation of what the release for these are like.
