I noticed Refinery CMS has guides based on the Rails guides. I've always really liked Rails guides, and I've been thinking a lot about encouraging a documentation culture in Rubyists, and part of this is tools.
Is there an easy way to use docrails outside of rails? If not, would core be amenable to some work to split it out of railties and into its own gem at the top level with active*?
