Hi altogether,

I am working on rails integration of active-orient
(https://github.com/topofocus/active-orient), introducing the
nosql-database to rails.

A main difference between RDMS and nosql-Databases is the absence of a
"id"-property/database-field.
Instead, a record is identified by "rid".

How difficult is it, to substitute "id" to "rid" in the (named and restful)
routes and where is the right place to implement such a feature?

Thanks in advance

Hartmut
