Grow a fucking sense of humor will ya?  Espcially if you're going to whore 
yourself out for that all elusive "synergy" that was probably tossed around 100 
times during the meeting between TW and ORA.

Yep, and deploying Java to Windows is totally easy. Maybe you could get TW to 
offer him up 100 programmers with only 2 weeks of training as "Rails Experts" 
to get him a sweet Oracle setup going?
