I've been meaning to send this email for a long time. I quit the job back in October, but I used to work for comcast as a CSR at a call center. after realizing how much downtime I had, I started writing various applications for efficiency and monitoring for various comcast projects around the building using prototype and scriptaculous. they were a huge hit and are still used to this day
