Hi First of all I want to tell about this site that has several good links for Tabs http://www.noupe.com/javascript/37-great-ajax-css-tab-based-interfaces.html
But what I´m looking for is not there .. I´m looking for A Prototype/Scriptaculius Script that is simular to the one Apple Store is using on there site Apple Store is using DoJo and a widget called TabController http://store.apple.com/rs/js/store-1/apple/widget/TabController.js the TabController is exakctly what I´m looking for but its made in DoJo and not Prototype and Scriptaculius and thats what I want to use. What I find great with Apples Tab Controller is that it loads data from a external file . The external file looks like this http://store.apple.com/us/tabslots?csn=tab-controller&node=home/shop_mac/mac_accessories&tcid=tg_tabcontroller&tab=0 and even bether is that it seems that there external data with Tab Controller can handle Gallery and other scripts within the external and THAT is what i want to be able to do I want to create Tabs that loads there data externaly and the content within each tab will be a cool gallery or a product list or a mini search and so on ... you get the idea ... so befour I invint the wheel all over again I gues someone already made this with Prototype / Scriptaculius ... so do you people know where I can find this ... ???? the closest i found whas this one http://livepipe.net/projects/control_tabs/ but it does not seems it can load data externaly or have scripts within the externaly loaded content ... --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Ruby on Rails: Spinoffs" group.
