The O'Reilly RJS Templates for Rails book has a great example on how
to implement Ajax Global Responders. It enables you to have a
progress indicator which reacts to any ajax request. I, as a lot of
others, can recommend this short, but valuable book to anyone new to
using RJS in Rails.
