I know this has been a while in responding, I apologize.

But, my fix was this:

onComplete:function(){getUserTags(document.users.employeeList.options[document.users.employeeList.selectedIndex].value);
document.getElementById('editme').innerHTML='Add tag';

My oncomplete option makes the "Add tag" div visible.  For some reason,
after clicking the OK button to save the data, the content within the
div disappears.  The div is still there, it's just empty.  So I
populated the dave with the same text as to what it was.

You can see it in action with the url above that i posted.
