I've had some problems with IE7 with elements "popping" like you've described. Mainly my concern is coding for IE7 and FF which then just kills things in IE6. I have IE6 eolas installed but it doesn't let me use cookies and it's too much work to implement a work around (turning cookies off). I'll just design for the newer browsers and advise clients to upgrade.
Microsoft has IE7 on a security update so it will be everywhere. I know this doesn't help your problems, what I'm saying is I hope that we can work with just the latest browsers and the IE7 will replace the crappy IE6 which causes me endless headaches. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Ruby on Rails: Spinoffs" group.
