Why on Earth do you have this?  It makes no sense!  Only elements
feature getElementsByTagName!  And Prototype ALREADY provides
getElementsByClassName, both at the document level and at the (extended)
element level.

Your bloating Object.prototype results in all for...in loops breaking
apart, and this specific addition makes no sense, too!
