This is essentially what I'm doing at the moment. I have a function
called createQueue that does all the Effect.Appear / Effect.Fade calls
in sequence with the right queue options to set up the custom queue/
scope. On the final Fade I add a reference to that same createQueue
function as the afterFinish option. A setTimeout seemed unnecessary as
the createQueue only creates the effects and returns without blocking.

Just a shame I can't simply say Effect.Queues.get("queueName").looping
= true, or something to that effect.
