Well not exactly. I send the form just one time. Here is what it does: The user upload a file, enter the policy_number and once the policy_number is enter I call the ajax function (onBlur="findLoss()") to update immediately the select box and then I submit the form to itself. I know it should be something easy but I don't see it. thanks for your help
