It is, but it's a lot slower than the standalone one (and the speed  
issues do seem to be related to prototype/scriptaculous, because the  
other libraries do it a lot better).

And it's a pretty hefty components library just for a combobox  
(especially if you add prototype/scriptaculous on top of it all)
