For some reason, after the most recent upgrade to the latest prototype
version, some of my scripts stopped working in IE. They continue to
work in FF, but IE shows a "script error".
Specifically, I'm having problems with:
$('the_item').innerHTML = 'whatever';
Any help/insight is appreciated.
