I'm hoping commenting out this line in controls.js (Line 673) is ok:

      // parameters: 'editorId=' +
encodeURIComponent(this.element.id),

I'm not sure if its a function i'm going to use. Codeignitor uses
segments to sort out its extra parameters to a page. Using a query
string just throws it off course.
