Recommend an editor for getting started on Ruby on Rails for those running Vista. I'm running Vista home premium. Which have you had success with that are open-source and free to download?
I downloaded VIm, but haven't gotten it up and running for the 5 minute test that's featured in the Ruby read me file. Want to ask first and see what's best for the platform for those who have traveled the road before me.
