Hi there everybody! I am a prototype user for about 2 years.
One of the reasons I have opted for using Prototype is because its Ajax Library functions. There was a lot of talking about the Ajax benefits loading page time, that it's too much fast and there was not reload page... and so one. Today, most of the websites and webservices developted for me are based on this framework. I like to use that because it is easy to use and I'm a little bit addicted in prototype javascript tools. It's been very useful for me. However many people always have been claimed about the loading time of my websites pages. For a long time I thought the reason for that was the Internet connection or the traffic during a period of the day. But all the sites have the same peculiarity. They have a delay about 5 seconds to load a page... and it's really slow. It's not good. You can see some examples here and clic on the menus: www.novoexecutivo.com.br www.clicyoga.com.br www.derosecampinas.com.br I don't know if I'm doing something wrong. I'd really like to improve that. I'd like to continue using prototype too. So, please, I hope some of you could help me with some tip. Thanks a lot.
