If you are asking whether your old app will work after you freeze
rails 1.2.3 into the project and then upgrade your gems then yes.
That's the point of freezing. You 1.2.3 app won't use the new gems at
all.

If you are asking about whether all those plugins will work with
2.1.1, then maybe, maybe not. Check the website for each plugin and
see what they say about their plugin's compatibility (but I'd guess at
least some of them would need updating)
