Well it just seems little information is out there with current working assistance to show how to do this. For those of you that are curious too on how to do this perhaps you wouldn't mind voting up at http://railscasts.uservoice.com/pages/general/suggestions/33964 - maybe Ryan and RailsCasts might cover something.
