The CLASSPATH WAS :
.;C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_07\lib\ext\QTJava.zip

I CHANGED IT TO
.;C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_07\lib\ext\QTJava.zip;C:\ruby\bin

IS THAT OK ? :-) It does not work yet ? :-(
