Hello, We are looking for a Rails developer, preferably in Knoxville TN or Minneapolis MN, who is willing to put some time into developing a new social networking service. This is not a payed position, but there is a chance it could turn into that at some point, or to payoff through equity in a startup company.
My partners and I (they are experienced marketing and branding guys, and I am a software dev of 20+ years) have done significant market research, developed a business plan, written functional specs, and I am working on implementation. We're trying to just bootstrap our company ourselves, but it would be great if we could find any developer(s) who are willing to work with us to help get through the implementation more quickly.
