Hi, My partner and I run a RoR-based web service that we launched last year. We've been getting great feedback from our customers, and are now looking to expand the business greatly. We're interested in bringing on a third partner, who would take on part-time development work in exchange for a permanent share of the revenue generated by the product.
The requirements would be at least 10 hours per week contribution (with 1 month vacation), and good experience in Ruby on Rails. AJAX would also be useful.
