I recommend you remove all your ruby version on your system, remove rvm and
begins from scratch. It is probabily some permission problem, because you
have a ruby version installed by default in your OS. I guess you are using
linux, but if not I recommend do the same approach. Remove everything and
try to install through rvm web site.
