I have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and in the process of learning Ruby on Rails to launch my career as a RoR developer. Do you have any opportunities for Junior RoR roles for someone like me who doesn't have a huge amount of RoR experience but is passionate about software development and is willing to be trained up.
