Looking for a junior RoR developer (at least 2 years of experience in Agile), preferably with UI skills, a web apps lover, for a highly scalable London-based start-up - networking platform revolutionising journalism & PR industry. You HAVE TO be reliable, self-organised and communicative. Payment in arrears after initial customer income traction after public launch (we sign with you legally valid contracts specifying those details) - it is NOT a volunteering basis. We are looking for ambitious person for a long-term collaboration, who would be willing to step in as permanent member of our team and move in to London (I will provide help). You will be mentored and guided by senior RoR developer with 5+ years experience and co-working with another junior RoR developer.
