We are looking for several new Ruby on Rails developers to join our Operations team that looks after Sentinel. To be considered, you need to have a love of Operations work (setting up servers, helping clients with production issues, debugging server down problems) and also be based in time zones around UTC+2, UTC-4 or UTC-9. You don't have to be in that exact time zone, but close is good as we have a 24x7 support offering that follows the sun. Our clients use a mix of AWS, Heroku, EngineYard, Ninefold and self hosted services and you will be expected to pick up and learn on the job as well as take advantage of our 1 day a week allocation for training. You must also have *superb* spoken and written English. This is a remote work role and competitive wages are paid.
