These are the scripts we use during the live RailsBridge events, but I think they're quite useful in a stand-alone way as well. Hartl's RailsTutorial, as mentioned by Colin, is the most comprehensive set of tutorials for Rails going at the moment. This question gets asked a *lot*, I mean, seriously, a *lot*.
