Ruby on Rails on Windows can be problematic (it is much better to use
Linux (eg ubuntu) or Mac).  But if you absolutely have to use win then
I understand railsinstaller.org is a good way to go.  You will find it
much more difficult getting help if you are using Win as so few
developers use it.
