Hello,
I have read several pages but I cannot find how to make a form with this
field ;

<label for="Login naam ">Login naam:</label>
<input type="text" id="firstname" name="firstname"
value="" placeholder="login naam" class="login" />
</div> <!-- /field -->
Can anyone give me a hint ?
