Here is a step by step guide on how to join multiple FLV files at: http://www.faasoft.com/articles/join-flv-files.html It also applies to join MP4, AVI, MOV, WMV, MKV, ASF, MP3, WAV, AAC, AC3, FLAC, etc on both Mac and Windows.
