Over the weekend, I published a Ruby gem called EOTS (Email Of The Species). It's a Rails engine that lets you programmatically declare types of emails your app will let users send from forms, including generating the routes and forms, handling submission, etc. See https://rubygems.org/gems/eots for gem details, and https://github.com/davearonson/EOTS for code.
