1. B.E in Computer Science or equivalent 2. Minimum 3 years of experience with Strong 2+ Years of experience on Ruby on Rails 3.x/4.x Web Development. 3. Strong understanding & command of object oriented principles/programming 4. Excellent expert level programming, analytical & debugging skills and be competent in technical design capabilities. Ability in writing simple, clean, & efficient code 5. Strong understanding of web standards, front-end rich & complex web development, and modern client-side usables. 6. Good working knowledge of Javascript preferably with AngularJS(or Ember), jQuery, CSS, HTML, Restful API/ SOAP Webservices & Git 7. Experience in working with multiple cross functional Ruby/Rails Gems that serve the purpose of developing enterprise applications quickly. 8. Good operational knowledge on Linux. 9. Ability to contribute both as an individual as well as team leader. *Core Responsibilities:* 1. Passion to learn/work on cutting edge technologies and work on to do attitude. 2. Strong sense of ownership, leadership and drive, attention to detail. 3. Interest and ability to pick up new technologies. 4. Contributed and launched your own web application deployed on cloud computing platforms (AWS, Rackspace, etc). 3. JavaScript Knowledge for Single Page Application is a huge plus. 4. Experience with Usablily Analysis & User Behaviour driven web design. 5. Experience with Data Analytics & Decision Support Systems. 6.
