when to use <%= and when to use
=><%= when using form helper.
=><%   from that i ever try. when using ruby code if,unless,etc.
this question make me want know,than i search and found at stackoverflow.
<%= wil render return value into html
<% not will render return into html
that is summary.and i remember what mean you said before.
