I have a value set for this in nginx.conf and i guess it works for my other apps but after adding a new app using the same reference to the environment variable as my other working sites in secrets.yml this app causes the 'Incomplete response from server' error in passenger I know this error means there's a secret keys problem just don't know the right solution
