*Position: Ruby on Rails Developer*
*Location: Portland, Oregon* *Duration: 12+ Months* *Interview: Skype and Telephonic* *Experience: 9+ years* Ideally looking for 2 resources with the attached skill set who can start ASAP. The successful candidate will join a high performing agile development team focused on developing, enhancing, and supporting complex applications with HTML5/Backbone JS/JavaScript/jQuery on the front-end and Rails 4 and PHP5/Zend Framework on the back-end. Candidate should have strong knowledge of Rails 4 and PHP5 with experience in large frameworks. Understanding of and creating and using a RESTful API and knowledge of security best practices is a plus. Experience performance-tuning existing code to increase performance and decrease resource utilization is a plus. Candidate will participate in development meetings with other team members, develop and deliver plans and associated estimates for software solutions and track and provide feedback for your work.
