? "environment" usually refers to one of "development", "test", or
"production".

Also, what does "under Apache" mean? Using Passenger? Or as
a proxy? If the latter, something has to be doing the actual serving
(i.e. puma, unicorn, thin, webrick (not in production!)).

Clarification?
