Hi, I spent the last days looking for a solution to accept/process credit cards. At the beginning I thought it is pretty easy to integrate a service like Paypal. However, the company is based in Austria and so many options are not available anymore. I really don't get the whole US only stuff, but I don't wanna go down that road.
My guess is that I am not the only Austrian/German company which wants or wanted to integrate credit card processing into a Rails application. I am looking for real solutions and howtos, please no links to frameworks or libraries or merchants because the chance I already checked it is pretty high. Here is my setup/requirements: - monthly payment - fraud protection - integration in the application, customer gets charged when account is created, charging ends when accounts gets canceled - accepting visa/mastercard So far I only found one solution, www.worldpay.com.
