Hello everyone. I am new to Ruby on Rails. I have installed
everything. i can start mongrel and webrick successfully. However,
whenever I refresh the page i get this error

I use a general rails app
generate controller movies index
EITHER
ruby script/server webrick
OR
mongrel_rails start
.......................................
The page loads initially. But whenever I refresh the page i get the
error ^above^
I am running windows server 2003 Enterprise R2 service pack 2.
Any help would be much appreciated.
